CLINICAL RESOURCES

We can change your clients’ lives by helping them to manage stress in just 10 minutes a day!

Dr. Jennifer Fee
"The Stress Masters"

Our CD’s Be Still (Christian version) and Stress Less (No Scripture or references to Jesus) teach people how to help lower their blood pressure, decrease headaches, reduce pain, increase peace of mind, and improve overall health. The prescribed use is to listen to one track everyday for two weeks and then as needed thereafter (frequency varies). During this time people learn how to relax and center themselves. Those listening to Be Still will feel closer to God by listening to Bible verses and imagining a walk with Jesus.

Our system jumps the gap between thinking and doing. When a client reads a self-help book they have to read THEN apply, but while listening to the CD people ARE applying. And it only takes 10 minutes a day!

All of us can benefit from developing a lifestyle that includes taking some time to calm our minds and bodies. However our clients who suffer from anxiety, headaches, IBS, and have difficulty sleeping report that using the CD has had a significant impact on their symptoms.

Dr. Diana Walcutt and I have been The Stress Masters! for over 10 years. Between the two of us, we have 30 years of experience treating and teaching people about anxiety and stress management. We are excited to present these CD’s to you which include abdominal breathing techniques, a ten minute “Stress Buster” exercise, and a twenty minute deep relaxation exercise.
