Dana A. Max, PsyD, is a clinical psychologist, licensed in the State of Colorado, and a member of the American Psychological Association, the Society for Personality Assessment, and the Christian Association for Psychological Studies. He earned a BA in psychology from Wheaton College, Wheaton, IL, in 1983, an MA in Clinical Psychology in 1987 from Biola University, La Mirada, California, and a PsyD (Doctor of Psychology) from Biola University in 1992.
Dr. Max has been practicing psychotherapy since 1987 and has been in private practice in Littleton since 1992. Dr. Max also worked for almost 10 years as a Senior Staff Psychologist at the University of Denver and as the Director of Iliff Counseling Services at the Iliff School of Theology. He still teaches as an Adjunct Professor at Denver Seminary. Dr. Max completed his internship at the Children's Hospital, Denver, CO and worked in Community Mental Health in the past. Dr. Max's interests include psychotherapy, psychological assessment, adolescent development, and the integration of psychology and theology.
